ASPA welcomes your proposals for our 2016 Annual Conference which will take place March 18-22, 2016 in Seattle, WA. Join us in showcasing state-of-the-art practices used in modern public and nonprofit administration while exploring new approaches and opportunities for continued innovation.
The 2016 theme, New Traditions in Public Administration: Reflecting on Challenges, Harnessing Opportunities, embraces the evolution of the public sector with the development of new skills, practices and traditions while solidifying time-proven approaches.
Public managers have witnessed profound changes in public and nonprofit administration in recent years, from increased responsibility for social, economic and technological problems to growing complexity in delivery mechanisms such as collaboration, partnerships and contractual arrangements. They have encountered and responded to the challenges and opportunities of the 21st century in significant ways.
Submit a proposal for the 2016 Annual Conference that combines the latest in everyday practice with the best of scholarly study.
The deadline for proposals is Friday, Sept. 25.
Program Tracks
Our 10 tracks highlight areas of innovation, emerging trends and development of new skills. Panels that incorporate practitioners and scholars are strongly encouraged.
